Barista

We are in search of an experienced barista. To be considered for this role, the candidate would be able to work with a close team and display passion for coffee, baked goods, and hospitality. This is a relatively fast-paced role that requires a healthy balance between having a sense of urgency and delivering a consistent quality product while maintaining a hospitality-forward mindset. The ideal candidate would have an inherent growth mindset, capacity to express creativity, and evolve with us. Additional responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing an array of coffee and espresso-based beverages, teas, and pouring alcoholic drinks

• Bussing tables as guests depart, maintaining the cleanliness of the team area and dining room

• Frequent pleasant interaction with guests, ringing orders at the register

• Following typical opening and closing procedures

• Adhering to company policies

• Consistent stocking, bending, lifting, standing, and guest interaction
